Welcome to Voilà. We are a maker of artisan chocolate in Sydney, based in the North Sydney area, and we make one thing with great care: handcrafted bonbons, designed to be discovered rather than simply eaten.

Voilà began with a belief that chocolate should feel like a small occasion. Not an everyday habit, but a moment worth slowing down for. Every bonbon we make is built by hand, in small batches, and only once you have placed your order. Nothing sits waiting on a shelf.

Why we make artisan chocolate in Sydney

We believe in restraint. A bonbon does not need to be loud to be memorable. It needs a thin, clean shell, a filling with a clear point of view, and a finish that feels considered. We would rather make nine pieces beautifully than ninety carelessly.

We also believe in storytelling. Our flagship collection draws its inspiration from the solar system, with each bonbon named for a planet or celestial body. It is our way of giving a box a sense of journey, so that opening it feels like more than a purchase.
